Do not worry if your mobile phone doesn’t support the lock screen feature; use the Scan QR feature as an alternative to it by setting your QR as the wallpaper.You can activate the QR Scan feature to scan instantly for accessing details to seek nearby help by first responder in an unavoidable situation; they can access necessary details even if you are in an unconscious situation. The first responder scans your details and proceeds for further requirements by asking for nearby help depending upon the criticality of the situation. A small step taken by the responder could save your life from a deadly danger.
You can also benefit by setting a PIN and a PIN helper message for a first responder to access your data and the PIN. Suppose, you are in an accident and the first responder scans your QR from your cell phone and requires a PIN to access your data. The screen will display a message to the responder saying “My PIN is on my watch” directing to the data via PIN message. Then, the responder searches for your watch to get the PIN and finally gets access to your data. The QR feature along with PIN prevents stealing of your data.

Users can manually synchronize personal details across multiple devices belonging to different platforms (Android, iOS etc.) by simply logging in to ICE – Medical Reports. There is no limit to how many devices you can link your account on ICE Medical Reports.The data is synced directly over multiple devices together with your mobile phone, tablet, web browser etc. by simply logging into your application. Sharing documents with the expiration date
The time token authorizes you to download shared data of a person for a limited period of time (normally expires within 15 minutes) during an emergency situation. For example, if you are the victim of a catastrophic accident, somebody nearby scans your QR for medical assessment and gets access to your data on your device. He/She is allowed to download your data through a link within the 15 minutes time frame only. He/She needs to request for another link to download the files after a 15 minutes time frame. This time token feature of ICE – Medical Reports for downloading data is to protect your privacy and to avoid unnecessary data transfer.

ICE Emergency Card
ICE medical reports facilitate you with a reinforcement to the Scan QR feature i.e.ICE Emergency Card. This feature is similar to the Scan QR feature which is most reliable during an accident. A QR Scanner print provision is available in your ICE Emergency Card to take urgent measures by you or an immediate responder for seeking help during an emergency situation. All you need to do is print a copy of the card and carry it in your purse, bag or pocket etc. Emergency card is the most convenient while used by a primary responder if you are unconscious and your mobile phone is not working or damaged in the time of an accident.

Alert feature to SOS contacts
Send alert messages via sms, email or notification on your lock screen to your personalized SOS contacts using the ICE – Medical Reports app. First, enable the SOS message feature on your device, customize your message beforehand and finally personalize your SOS circle from your contact list to notify during an emergency situation. Once a first responder scans your QR using your mobile phone or ICE emergency card, the configured SOS message is immediately sent to the SOS contacts. Enable the message feature to send messages via your mobile number during an emergency even without the need of internet connection on your device. Your location can also be conveyed to the contacts by the means of SOS alert feature according to settings on your device.
